How does per-person billing work?
You pay for each person in your Brain: USD 20 a month on Pro and USD 30 on Max. Nobody picks a number: it counts by itself. No setup fee and no lock-in. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Access pauses, but your Brain is not deleted. Pick Pro or Max and carry on where you left off.
How are people counted?
You pay for the people in your Brain, and it adjusts by itself. Each person you add is billed from your next renewal. People you remove stop being billed from the renewal after that. You can switch between Pro and Max from Billing.
What if we use LAN Voice a lot?
The LAN Voice page shows your team's usage, and we let you know when it is about to run out. If your team spends a lot of time in meetings, you can move to Max, which comes with more usage.
How do I pay?
You pay by card or local payment methods through dLocal. Prices are in US dollars and you pay in your country's currency.
