Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all LAN Brain purchases made through our payment channels. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you accept the conditions described here.

2. Initial build (14-day window)

The Personal Brain is a made-to-order service: it includes the personalized build and ingestion of your information. Whichever plan you choose (monthly or annual), you may request a full refund of your first charge within 14 days, as long as the build or ingestion of your brain has not yet started. Once we begin the build or ingestion work, that initial amount is no longer refundable, because it covers custom work already performed.

3. Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to us. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the monthly period already paid. The current monthly period is not refunded.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are paid in advance for twelve months and are non-refundable once purchased, except as provided in section 2. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time: cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund of the current annual period.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email info@lanbrain.ai from the address associated with your account, stating your name, the purchase date, and the reason. We respond to requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the same payment method used for the purchase; the crediting time depends on your bank or card issuer and on our payment processor.

6. Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you notice an incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized charge, contact us immediately. We will review the case and, where applicable, process a refund of the affected amount without being subject to the windows above.

7. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights granted to you under applicable consumer protection law. If there is a conflict between this policy and a mandatory applicable rule, the mandatory rule prevails.
