Iterate is the standing loop: the brain gets better because people use it and review it, not because it was built once and left alone. Two things drive the improvement. The first is asking real questions. When you ask your brain something you actually need, the AI navigates the way it always does, from the core context pack down through the right department to the specific page, falling back to search only when the question is fuzzy. A question that struggles to find an answer is a signal that the corner of the brain is thin, or a page is not linked where it should be. The second is reviewing what gets written. The AI edits, creates, and maintains; your job is to read what it produced and decide what stands. When a page is wrong or stale, you do not migrate anything or rerun a pipeline, you tell the AI to fix it and it lands immediately. The reason you can do all of this without fear is the safety net: every page keeps its own version History, a save you regret can be reversed with Undo, deleted pages can be restored, and LAN snapshots the whole brain daily behind all of it. Try a new structure for a week. If it is wrong, restore the previous version. If it is right, keep it. The brain is a draft you are co-writing with the AI, and drafts are meant to be edited.

Ask the brain real questions
Open your AI chat with the brain connected and ask something you genuinely need to know, not a test question. A real one. Real questions expose which parts of the brain are deep and which are thin, and that tells you what to strengthen next.
Follow the source when an answer looks off
A good answer names the page it came from. If it looks wrong, ask the AI which page it used and read it. Usually the brain is faithfully reporting something that is stated unclearly in the source. Ask the AI to clarify that page, then ask again.
Fix in place, through the AI
When you spot a wrong fact, a stale entry, a broken link, tell the AI to fix it. The edit lands immediately and the previous version stays in the page History. You review the change, not the mechanics. There is nothing to migrate and no pipeline to rerun.
Bring new material in as it arrives
Real work produces material constantly. Point the AI at a new source, or let source-sweep catch it on the next pass, and it writes the summary into the right department, linked to what it relates to. The brain grows in small increments, not big quarterly overhauls.
Experiment without fear
Rename a department, merge two pages, try a new structure. Every state is recoverable from page History, Undo, and the daily snapshot. The fear of breaking the brain is the biggest blocker to making it yours, and the safety net is there so you do not need it.

- I asked the AI to change a page and preferred the old version.
- Open the page History and restore the earlier version, or ask the AI to undo its last change. Nothing is lost.
